BQS series of mine flameproof submersible sand discharge pumps are designed and produced strictly in accordance with the coal industry standard MT/T671-2005 "flameproof submersible sand discharge pump for coal mines" and the People's Republic of China national standard GB3836-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive gas Environment". The motor adopts Y series dry flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor. With large starting torque, good operating performance, low noise, small size, light weight, easy maintenance and other characteristics, as well as excellent flameproof structural performance and high protection level, suitable for containing methane or coal dust and other explosive gas environment, underground mining face and roadway and other places with explosion risk and pump supporting use.
The electric pump uses O-type rubber sealing ring as static seal, compact structure, good sealing performance, and adopts rubber vulcanization curve control technology, to ensure the O-type ring oil resistance, moisture resistance and aging quality and sealing performance. The dynamic seal adopts two sets of mechanical seals, and the oil chamber isolation protection, which effectively provides lubrication for the rotating friction pair, forms fluid film lubrication protection, and releases the heat accumulated during operation, thus extending the service life of the mechanical seal and ensuring the sealing performance.
The fluid parts of the electric pump are made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron, and the water pump part is made of fluid mechanical design and dynamic balancing technology, which effectively extends the service life of the electric pump.
